Pan Fried Prawns with Curry Leaf Spice Blend Recipe

A South Indian style prawn fried prawns recipe which showcases the flavour of curry leaves to its utmost. An extremely simple one to prepare. The star ingredient here is the curry leaves which are pounded along with spices and aromatics to create a pungent yet flavourful marinade.
